In the Torah it says that men can not have relations with another man. Does the same apply to women having relations with other women?

I know someone (a girl) who is interested in other women. I don’t want her to be but I am not finding anything where Torah says that it is forbidden or not. Any rescourses would be appreciative as to whether or not what she is doing is okay or not okay. Thanks!
